David J. Kim is a writer, and maker of award-winning short films and
documentaries. He is currently in development on his feature screenplay,
El Mundo.

David studied literature as a College Scholar at Cornell, and received his MFA
with honors in Filmmaking from Columbia University.

A former AmeriCorps volunteer, David has taught film and video at the
Panasonic Workshops and The King’s College, and screenwriting at DeSales
University. As a copy editor, he has freelanced for Cheil Communications,
Publicis, TBWA\Chiat\Day and CBX.

A Southern California native, he currently lives in New York City.
